I am now one week into Insanity: The Asylum. Due to the “Strength” workout that I did today I am not typing well, so I am going to keep it short! So far, this complete program is one of my favorites. Starting from day one with Speed & Agility, there is a lot of variety. I find one of my biggest problems with ALL workouts is becoming bored. I don’t foresee that happening with Asylum. There is minor repetition on a couple of days, but for the most part you move quickly and each move is different.
