What’s after P90X? Day Ninety One

Finished P90X? Looking for more? I’m just wrapping up day ninety and get to do my pictures(Yes, I’m nervous) and I’m trying to decide what to do next. I have the luxury of information, however- I know what products do what and what I want to accomplish in my near future. For you guys, you may need help deciding to do another round of P90X(yes, that’s an option) or to choose another program to target a specific group of muscles, for example Hip Hop Abs(obviously for abs). Luckily for you, you have access to some brilliant minds(us) to help you decide!

P90X

This program is a 90 day, 12-disc program that mixes up the workouts and your ‘split’(muscle groups you work in a given day) to such a degree that you don’t plateau- you can do the program again and again and continue to see results. Tony Horton(age 52 now) has been doing it repeatedly and a few people I know personally, and all continue to see great things happen. Just because your three months are up doesn’t mean you stop! If you don’t try another workout, Bring It for another ninety days. If you don’t continue to work out all of your progress- muscle growth, weight loss- will be temporary. It’s not just a workout program, guys- it’s an entire lifestyle change.

Insanity

If you’ve done P90X and want something a little more cardio based, a little quicker to get through, and a lot more hellish, Insanity is the thing for you. Shaun T is a pretty cool guy and makes every workout intense- just watching it wore me out. It uses no weights for those of you who don’t want to invest in a set, and it’s a 60 day program instead of 90 for those of us who need to see results a little faster(big wedding coming up, high school reunion, etc.). The workouts themselves are only 30 minutes for the first half before increasing to 60 in part two.

You’ve even done Insanity? Email me to be put on a contact list for when Shaun T’s new workout, Asylum, hits the stores- I’ll send you all the info you can handle on it.

The Rest

In addition to the two mentioned, there are another 100+ workouts each with their own specialized purpose or for a certain demographic. If you want a certain body part emphasized in your workout send either Leanne or I an email and we will go over options with you. The important thing is not what you’re doing, but that you’re doing it.

HAVE AN AWESOME DAY.
