After watching the Shakeology “From the Fields” video , I feel enlightened to say the least. It amazes me how narrow my field of vision has become when it comes to food.
One of my fitness buddies has challenged me to eat one new food each week for the month of November. I see a few difficulties I’ll face with this.

I had today’s WonderDrink (Shakeology) about twenty minutes ago and already I feel its delicious power in my veins. It makes me clear-headed and makes me feel all-around good. I’ve drank this magically delicious concoction for the last three weeks and the results have blown me away. I’m a pretty little guy already so I don’t use Shakeology as a meal replacement like most people, but instead as a way to add nutrients and calories to my current diet.
